Shipping
- Cost
- Shipping is free on every order, whichever pack you choose. There is no minimum spend.
- Processing
- Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 2–4 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
- Delivery
- Once shipped, delivery takes 8–12 business days, so allow around 10–16 business days in total from the day you order. We ship worldwide.
- Tracking
- You will receive an email with your tracking details as soon as your order ships. You can also check its status on our Track Order page using your email and order number.
- Customs
- Some countries charge import duties or taxes on arrival. These are set by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Address issues
- Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email support@shopmaelunebeauty.com as soon as possible — we can update it until the order has shipped.
- Lost or damaged
- If your order hasn't arrived within 10–16 business days, or arrives damaged, email us with your order number and we will make it right.
